The main point of my initial argument is that there are bigger issues at hand when it comes to the separation of church and state (i.e. my comment on abstinence programs) than words in an oath, or on a piece of money. I feel like the comments on my personal appreciation and respect of tradition overshadowed this. I never meant to imply that no matter what, those words...
